• Has never had an account closed by 365 Huat previously had their account closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of terms.
• Not residing in a region or country that explicitly restricts access to online betting platforms.

365 Huat reserves the right at any time to request verification of age, identity, and member eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the withholding of all pending withdrawals.

By registering, you agree to:

• Not sharing your account with any other party or allowing others to use your account to place bets or conduct transactions.

A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required before your first withdrawal is processed, or when your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds a certain threshold. Documents typically required include a copy of your IC/passport and proof of ownership of the bank account or eWallet used.

365 Huat supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits are processed securely and are typically credited to your account within minutes.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name. 365 Huat does not accept third-party deposits. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 for all payment methods.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit (eWallet): RM 5,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit (bank/DuitNow): RM 20,000.
• eWallet processing time: 15–30 minutes after approval.
• Bank processing time: Under 1 business day.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and identity verification purposes.

• Colluding with other players during poker or multi-player table games.
• Bonus abuse includes registering multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses, or employing betting strategies designed to fulfil bonus requirements with unreasonably minimal risk.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the stability and security of the platform 365 Huat.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location or identity.
• Money laundering or using the platform 365 Huat for any unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Threatening, abusing, or behaving rudely towards our customer support staff.

Whether you or 365 Huat reserves the right to close your account in accordance with the following procedure:

Closure by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@365huat.best. Prior to closure, any eligible remaining balance will be processed and returned to you within 5 business days.

Closure by 365 Huat: We reserve the right to close or suspend your account at any time with notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your registration information was found to be false or inaccurate.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• You have requested a self-exclusion or permanent exclusion.
• We comply with instructions from the relevant authorities.

365 Huat shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits or income.
• Loss of data or information.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game software suppliers.

Maximum total liability 365 Huat to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total actual deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

365 Huat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Notifying members via their registered email or in-platform message at least 7 days before changes take effect, except in cases of legal or security emergencies.
• Maintaining an archive of previous versions, which members may request through customer support.

Continued use of the platform 365 Huat after the amendment's effective date will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
